Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before securely packing them in the original shipping box.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your exchange size will be dispatched.
